It does the job, I guess, but I’m not totally sold on the comfort. The handle feels kind of bulky, and after a few minutes my hand started getting tired. It’s not terrible, and maybe some people wouldn’t mind it, but for the price I expected it to feel a lot nicer to hold...

I was just looking back through my email receipt and realized I’ve had this for a while now. It’s still holding up really well and feels durable. No complaints so far.

The product itself was fine, so I’m not trying to make it sound like everything was terrible. But the return process was a headache. It took forever to get a response, and the instructions they sent weren’t exactly clear. I had to follow up more than once just to keep things moving. Maybe some people wouldn’t mind the extra back and forth, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a return to be a lot smoother than that.

I thought this would hold up better, but the plastic cracked after just a few weeks. From how it felt right out of the box, I kind of assumed it wasn’t super sturdy, but I didn’t expect it to fall apart that fast.

I returned my order weeks ago and I’m still sitting here waiting for the refund, which is so frustrating. I keep reaching out to support and every time it’s basically the same answer, like it’s being checked or they’re looking into it, but then nothing actually changes. I don’t understand why I have to keep chasing them for my own money. It’s just been a really annoying experience from start to finish.

It does the job, so I can’t really complain about how it works. But because the price is so high, I was expecting it to do more. For what you actually get, it just feels a bit overpriced.

I got this hoping it would help with my back and shoulder pain. It feels decent while I’m using it, so it’s not like it does absolutely nothing, but the relief wears off quickly. For the price, I expected it to make more of a noticeable difference. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, common sense says if the pain comes right back, it’s not really worth it.

I ordered this from therabody.com, and the massage power is really impressive. It just gets deep into sore muscles and feels great after workouts. The only thing is that even the lower setting can feel a little too strong for me, so I can’t use it for too long at once. Shipping was totally fine, and overall it works really well. I’m giving it 4 stars because I just wish there was a softer setting.

Had it for about two weeks and now the battery won’t charge at all. I reached out to support, but tbh they weren’t much help. Frustrating ngl

I ordered from Therabody thinking it would arrive in time for a gift, but the delivery kept getting delayed and I barely got any real updates. The tracking was confusing, and when I contacted support, the replies felt generic. It did eventually show up, but way too late to be useful. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date, if that makes sense.

The shipping just took way longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking and it barely moved for days, which was really frustrating. I mean, I get that delays happen, but this felt like forever. Probably won’t be ordering again

I bought this mainly for the heat therapy, it’s been disappointing. It takes forever to even start feeling warm, and then once it does, it’s like... wait, is this even doing anything? It’s not that deep, soothing heat I was expecting at all. My cheap heating pad actually works better, which is kind of ridiculous considering the price. I reached out to support too, but they just sent over the usual basic tips and none of it really helped. I expected way more from this.

I waited a few days and still didn’t get no real response from customer service. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

I got the Therabody compression boots to use on my legs after runs, and they’ve helped a lot with soreness. The pressure is really strong in a good way, not painful, and I like that changing the settings is simple.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that the price is definitely on the high side, and the app can be a little slow sometimes. That said, they really do work well, and I’ve ended up using them more than I thought I would.

I ordered a Theragun attachment set, but when the package showed up, it was a charger instead. The box had my name on it and everything, so I started wondering if I’d somehow been sent the wrong thing on purpose or if something got mixed up at the warehouse.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a few days, and then they wanted pictures of the box, the item, and basically everything. I get that they need proof, but it was frustrating because I was already worried about being stuck with something I didn’t order.

They said they’re sending the correct item now, so hopefully it works out, but I’m still waiting all over again. For what this stuff costs, I expected the order to be checked more carefully and not leave me wondering if I was getting fooled.

It feels nice at first, sure, but then my soreness just came back like it always does, so what was the point? For the price, I was expecting more than a temporary “oh that feels okay” moment. Kind of frustrating, honestly.
